Erin Mahoney is a writer and community organizer. They are the current president of the Lavender Library, a non-profit LGBTQ+ library and community hub in midtown Sacramento, and the organizer of community events like the Big Queer Cookout and Queersportz. Between all that and their full-time job, they have returned to their long-neglected passion and are pursuing their master’s degree in creative writing. Erin is actively refashioning their life to allow more room for deep thought, brave moves, and creating more than they consume. They also act as caretaker to the two smartest cats in the world.
