Gargoyle publisher celebrated at AWP 2015
There was a publication party for Gargoyle publisher Richard Peabody‘s new book, The Richard Peabody Reader, on Saturday, April 11, 2015, during the Associated Writers Programs (AWP) conference. To quote the announcement: “… a career-spanning collection of this great writer’s poetry and prose. … we honor Richard’s many important contributions to writers and writing, and congratulate him on his new book, his life and the founding of Gargoyle magazine.”

The January 11, 2014, launch party at Washington, DC’s renowned Politics & Prose bookstore for Defying Gravity, the sixth anthology in the Grace & Gravity series of fiction by Washington, DC-area women, published by Paycock Press and edited by Richard Peabody, was a blast!
